Young People’s Survey – Information for Schools and Parishes

As part of Forward Together in Hope, our Diocesan journey of renewal, we are seeking to gather and learn from the views of as many young people as we can. To this end we are asking for your assistance in encouraging and promoting the completion of a short online survey that is specifically designed for young people aged 11-19. The survey is applicable to all young people in this age-range whether or not they are Catholic and whether or not they go to church.

A resource pack provides more details of the survey and offers some initial ideas about how it might be introduced in schools and parishes. The survey will remain live until Friday 12th February 2016 and a summary of the responses will be made available to all secondary schools and parishes in the Diocese.

A printable version of Young People’s Survey is also available

Please note that if schools or parishes decide to use the printed version for completion by hand, the Forward Together in Hope Team does not have the capacity to enter these responses into the online system. Therefore, in order that these responses are included in the overall analysis, we would ask that schools or parishes make arrangements for them to be input locally.
